At the head of the elegant Michelin-starred restaurant Tirpse (the reverse spelling of the French esprit for spirit) is Koji Tamura, a young chef, passionate about French cuisine and the power of taste as a means of conjuring memory. Led by a desire to experiment constantly, the highly decorated chef is now launching a line of herbal teas called Aromatisane inspired by scents from France. Tamura notes the importance of tasting his new creations with the same precision one would give to good wine.

Using quality organic products, with a desire to create perfect harmony between flavors and aesthetics, Tamura has come up with eight sublime aromatic combinations with herb, spice and fruit bases.

Aromatisane will be distrubuted by the official site of the brand, as well as in the flagship store of Tokyo-based Pola the Beauty (Ginza). The teas will also be available on business class flights with the airline ANA.
