Sushi Sho Taking Hawaii by Storm

Japanese gastronomy seems never to cease to seduce and subsequently sell across the globe. Sushi Sho is evidence of this. Based in Honululu, Hawaii, where the population is 16% Japanese, the restaurant was launched by the legendary chef Keiji Nakazawa who packed his suitcases, leaving behind his Tokyo sushi bar for greener pastures.
Sushi Sho’s reinvigorating menu is full of high-quality ingredients like oysters as you’ve never seen them before, or succulent tuna tartares. The Japanese chef is considered the precursor of ‘modern sushi’ and since his arrival hasn’t ceased to draw crowds. The restaurant is often fully booked, so be sure to call in advance.
